Marketer Highlights Doer’s Mission
Marketer was inspired by Doer’s platform, which offers individuals in IT professions free hands-on work experience. It’s designed for "doers"—people who take action and make things happen.

Doer is a platform designed for individuals with programming and technological skills who seek practical work experience. It offers tech enthusiasts the opportunity to collaborate on startup projects, thereby enhancing their skills and advancing their careers.
Origin of Doer
The concept for Doer emerged during a hackathon organized by the "TBC x USAID Technology for Education" project. Serving as a mentor, co-founder Tornike Ramazashvili observed numerous strangers uniting to create digital products around specific themes. This inspired the idea of establishing a platform in Georgia where tech enthusiasts could collaborate on startup ideas.
Purpose of Doer
Doer addresses two primary challenges: the scarcity of entry-level job vacancies and the lack of opportunities to work on real projects. By bringing together individuals with shared interests and distributing them into workgroups based on their competencies, Doer provides practical experience in startup projects under professional mentorship.
Structure and Operation: The platform currently focuses on four main areas
• Front-end Development
• Back-end Development
• Project Management
• UI/UX Design
• Devops
• QA
Each area is led by a qualified Team Lead who shares their expertise and guides participants from the inception of startup ideas to the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Prospective users undergo a multi-stage interview process to assess their soft and hard skills before joining startup teams. This ensures participants gain real work experience, develop collaborative skills, receive individual career development guidance from mentors, and foster entrepreneurial thinking.
Name Significance
The name "Doer" signifies individuals who choose action over words. Participants in the project embody this ethos, becoming "doers" who opt for proactive engagement.
User Engagement:
Within 24 hours of its launch on social media, Doer attracted 150 registered users. Four days later, this number exceeded 300 and continues to grow, indicating a genuine demand for such a platform.
Doer aims to enhance the startup ecosystem in Georgia by providing tech enthusiasts with the practical experience needed to advance their careers. Individuals with technological knowledge seeking real work experience, collaboration on startup projects, and the development of entrepreneurial thinking are encouraged to join and become "doers."
